Muskegon Food Hub
Muskegon is working toward building a food hub to process and distribute food grown across west Michigan. Food hubs help local growers access new markets for their products. They also can help farmers achieve food safety standards required by many large buyers.
Foods grown in Lake County could be processed and distributed through a food hub in Muskegon.
